Privacy Policy

LightTrace Album does not collect any user personal information (including name, contact information, location information, etc.) by default. In the current version, the app only accesses local album resources after user authorization to implement core functions such as photo display and organization. All operations are completed locally by default, no network connection is required, and no data is uploaded to the network.

If future versions add network-related functions (such as photo cloud backup, sharing, etc.), we will obtain separate user authorization through clear prompts in the app. Users can independently choose whether to enable related functions and the scope of uploaded data. Without authorization, the local data processing mode will still be maintained.

For local album resources that users authorize access to, the app is only used to complete functions such as photo browsing, classification, tagging, and adding titles on the device side, aiming to help users focus on key moments of baby growth.

If users enable possible network functions that may be added in the future, the uploaded data will only be used to implement that function (such as cloud storage, designated object sharing), and will not be used for other purposes outside the function description, nor will it be shared with third parties without obtaining explicit user consent.

All photos and related data (such as titles, classification tags) are stored locally on the user's device by default, and the app will not store any user data on the server side.

If users choose to enable possible cloud storage functions in the future, related data will be stored in designated secure cloud servers according to user settings. Users can view, manage or delete cloud data at any time through in-app functions, and local data will always be retained independently.

The app uses encryption processing for local data to prevent unauthorized access; if future network data transmission is involved, data security will be guaranteed through encryption protocols (such as HTTPS). We will continue to take technical measures to maintain data integrity and reduce the risk of information leakage, loss or tampering.

Users can revoke the app's album access permissions at any time in the device system settings; for possible network functions in the future, users can independently turn on/off and delete uploaded data at any time. The app will provide clear privacy setting entries to facilitate users to manage data permissions.

If this privacy policy changes, we will publish update notifications in the app and indicate the effective date. The changes will be based on the principle of not affecting users' core rights and interests. Users' continued use of the app will be deemed as agreement to the updated policy.
